My North Texas Wedding Vendors & Review

I got married July 2nd, 2017. My vision was a Christmas in July wedding. We had our ceremony at 6:30 PM in Denton, TX.

Venue: The Springs Event Venue: Aubrey Location

I adore this venue. The people are amazing and so helpful throughout the whole planning process. It’s also one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever seen. My favorite part is how you are able to make it your own! You bring in your own food, decorations, flowers, etc!

Jamie is one of my favorite people on the planet. She totally knows what she’s doing AND she is one of the only photographers that have the ability to make Brad feel comfortable in front of a camera. She let’s you lead the way but gives you amazing suggestions. She’s been in this business for awhile and it shows.

Videographer: Mandi Saville

Mandi is another one of my friends and she did a phenomenal job! I can’t watch this video and not be in tears. She captured everything perfectly and was so easy to work alongside!

DJ: Chris Brown

DJ Chris Brown was AMAZING. He is so good at his job and it’s so evident he has a ton of experience in the entertainment world. He was so easy to work with and really allowed us to make it our own, while still providing advice and ideas. He also helped me schedule my wedding timeline which is super important.

Floral: Coco Fleur Event Design

I got so many compliments on my florals, Coco Fleur did an amazing job. I just sent her pictures I liked and she made my dreams come to life and even more breathtaking than I imagined. They were all so beautiful and they did everything for us so we could have a stress-free wedding day!

Makeup Artist: Makeup by Krista Ann

Krista is so much fun and I loved having her get me all dolled up! She is an amazing hype women and knows how to make you look your best. She is so open to feedback and I always felt comfortable. I don’t wear much makeup on a day-to-day basis and she made me still feel true to myself.

Hair Stylist: Hair by Myrla

Myrla did an amazing job on my hair. We tried different styles before the actual wedding day to make sure my hair looked exactly how I wanted. She does amazing up-dos and stunning styles with hair down. She’s also super fun and I recommend booking her and Krista together. They are friends and it’s so much fun having them both there!

Wedding Planner: Sharp Arrow Events

I am SO glad I hired Jenny to help out the month of my wedding. She took charge and made it so easy on me. If you’re looking for a planner, she’s your gal! She’s young, aware of the trends, super helpful, and has some killer dance moves!

Catering: La Colina

This food was AMAZING! It’s a local, family owned restaurant with great prices for tasty food! They even offer different styles of disposable plates so it still looks classy, but eliminates the hassle of washing dishes.

Cake: Nothing Bundt Cake

The Denton location was SO helpful and accommodating. They delivered and set everything up for us! The cakes are delicious and they look so cute. They offer many different sizes and it’s much cheaper than an actual cake!

Linens: Yoli Linens

Yoli and her team are so sweet and make everything so easy. They set everything up for you and then you just leave it in a bag outside the venue and they pick them up. It was so stress-free. They also let me change how I wanted the napkins the day of and were so kind about it.

Signs: Beautiful Things by Bri

You know I love Bri! She is one of my best friends and was actually in my wedding. She does amazing design and calligraphy. It was so awesome to see my vision come to life through her and her work.

Wedding Dress: The Blushing Bridal Boutique

I loved all the selections available here and would totally recommend. They were really helpful in finding me exactly the dress I wanted and super patient in the process.

Bridesmaid Dresses: Azazie

We ordered these online and only a handful of my bridesmaids had to get alterations. Make sure you read the reviews first and order accordingly.

This is the short and sweet review of all my vendors but I really could NOT have had such a beautiful wedding without them! If you’re getting married in the North Texas area, they are amazing options!
